Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, RetailBox accesses only the basic account information authorized by the OAuth protocol: your email address and public profile information (name and profile picture). We never request access to your contacts, Drive files, or private emails.

This data is used exclusively to: (a) Create and secure your access to your Pro Space; (b) Link your short links and analytics to your unique identity; (c) Personalize your user interface. We do not use your Google data for advertising or profiling purposes.

RetailBox does not sell any personal data. To provide our services, your data is processed by our certified infrastructure partners: Google (for OAuth authentication), Supabase (for secure data storage), and Vercel (for service hosting). These providers ensure a level of protection compliant with international security standards and GDPR.

Your profile data is securely stored in encrypted databases managed by Supabase. We use HTTPS protocol for all data transfers between your browser and our servers to ensure maximum security.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have a total right to be forgotten. To permanently delete your account and all associated data (links, clicks, profile), you can contact us directly at utilitybox.project@gmail.com. Deletion will be processed within 48 hours.
